Cancel Chit-Chat Plus
Open Settings and choose Manage subscription, on the website or in the iPhone app. That opens your subscription page at Stripe, our payment provider, where you can cancel or switch between monthly and yearly. When you cancel, you keep Plus until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and it doesn’t renew. Plus is bought on our website, not through Apple, so it doesn’t appear in your Apple subscriptions.
Refunds
Plus is $12.99 a month or $79.99 a year. We don’t refund the current period or a part-used period, except where the law requires. If you were charged by mistake or something went wrong with a payment, email us and we’ll look into it.
Delete your account
iPhone app: Settings ▸ Account ▸ Delete account. Website: email contact@chit-chat.app from the address you sign in with. Deleting removes your learning progress, settings, streak and account record and cancels Plus at the end of the paid period. Stripe keeps records of past payments, as the law requires. The Privacy Policy has the details.
