How much does it cost?
Your first 5 minutes of conversation are free, with no card needed. After that, Pro is $25/month to talk as much as you like with everyone at the table, within a daily fair-use limit. Cancel any time.
What happens when my free minutes are up?
The clock only runs while you’re talking. When your 5 free minutes are used, Chit-Chat asks you to go Pro to keep the conversation going. Your lessons, saved words and settings stay in your browser either way.
What if I’m a complete beginner?
Choose Beginner: the person you’re talking to uses one or two short sentences, speaks more slowly, and every sentence is captioned in their language and in English (with pinyin, rōmaji or romanization where it helps). You can answer in English while you build confidence.
Can I cancel?
Yes — any time, from Settings → Manage subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
